During late winter and early spring, normally late February through early April, we are busy collecting and boiling sap and making maple syrup.
Sap flow depends on Mother Nature. Warm days near 40 degrees and freezing nights in the 20s help the sap to flow. When this happens, you can be sure that we will be spending time in the sugarhouse.
Check the PHOTOS page to view some pictures from the last few seasons. Please feel free to browse our site to learn a little about our operation and the sugaring process.
Please contact us anytime! We look forward to hearing from you.

We're done! The 2012 sugaring season arrived earlier than expected. We tapped on February 4th and 5th to catch the first sap run. The season also ended earlier than expected with the record setting warmth that arrived during the second and third week in March. We boiled for the last time on March 13th.
During the sugaring season, we are glad to have visitors and welcome you to come see the process of making 100% pure Massachusetts maple syrup.
We recommend that you contact us prior to your visit to check on our boiling schedule or check the Boiling Schedule page.
